The Process

We start with an out of the blue baseline test to users; Working alongside management and/or IT to coordinate a simulated phishing attack to every user's email.

This gives you data to see who's vulnerable to replying to scam emails, following 3rd party links to fake websites, and ultimately coerced into sending sensitive information. The data will then be used to create a plan tailored to your needs.

With hundreds of interactive videos and tests available, we'll enroll everyone in an online security training course.

We'll continue to send random phishing emails periodically to see how users improve; based on real templates from both up to date and seasonal attacks.

We also supply the client with detailed reports on progress and optional up to date newsletters on weekly or monthly current events or cyber security tips.
